Recently we informed that Windows 8 build 8175 has been signed off as final beta build and as always pirates donot miss any chances to leak some information.

Recently from a very trusted source Winunleaked.tk, a Windows server 8 build setup screenshot have been leaked.This is just the beginning since as we move closer to CES 2012 , we may expect some more information about Microsoft’s Windows 8 or the next generation Operating system to take over the market. The source also says “This Beta version come with a lot of change, refreshed dashboard UI, new features, code cleared…”, which means we can expect a better visual experience with Windows 8.Here you go with the screenshot

Windows 8 Beta Build 8175 finalised ? [wzor rumor]

Windows 8 have been in talks since an year now and as we move closer to CES 2012 , we expect some information from Microsoft officially about upcoming OS . Windows 8 is expected to be one system for platforms including Desktop , Tablets , Smartphones and more. Recently we were informed from our sources that Windows 8 beta builds are nearing its completion by the end of december.

According to the latest rumor from Win7Vista via WZor , official version of Microsoft Windows 8 Beta was signed off .Also , the official build assembly for Windows 8 beta is 6.2.8175.winmain.111217 -1215 . This build is already running on smartphones or tablets and will be showcased by Steven Sinofsky and Steve Ballmer at Consumer Electronics Show 2012(CES 2012) from 10 to 13 in January 2012.

Microsoft OEM partners will be receiving this assembly by end of January.Adding from the source :

“public beta will be available in English, German, Japanese and Chinese, but will be available and the language packs!”

Let’s wait and watch , what holds in CES 2012 this time.

Office 15 leaks with office starter edition

Office 15 and Windows 8 are two products which are turning heat for Microsoft Fanboy’s . We have been talking about lots and lots of leaks around the web for Windows 8 and now we are back with Leaks for Office 15.

Recently sp3ciali5t , tweeted two screenshots for office 15.

Leaked image shows office 15 starter edition and with build string 15.0.2703.1000 (32 bit). Office 15 is expected to use the same ribbon UI as Microsoft office 2010 with not much changes. Though we can find a new tab added i.e “M1 Commands” . But we are seriously hoping that microsoft will surely catching up with Window phone 7 “Metro UI” trend in office 15 and Windows 8 as well. Another Screenshot reveals whats under tab “M1 Commands”.

Also recently Windows 8 new feature have been set out by Win7china and some other source. Seeing such high rates of leaks these days , we can really expect some cool info coming soon… Are you Excited?

Visual Studio 2010 Service Pack 1 available for MSDN subscribers

Finally the much awaited Visual Studio 2010 Service pack 1 is available for MSDN subscribers.

VS2010 SP1 will be available to general public this thursday.

Internet Explorer also allows for printing, although this is limited to the portion of the drawing displayed.

Visio Viewer enables users to discover the advantages of using Visio drawings, charts, and illustrations in a Web-based environment. Visio Viewer is particularly useful for teams that need to collaborate from different locations.

Viewing Visio drawings is as simple as double-clicking the drawing (files with a .vsd, .vss, .vst, .vdx, .vsx, or .vtx extension) in Windows Explorer. Internet Explorer will open, and Visio Viewer will render the drawing in the browser window. You can then pan and zoom in the drawing window by using toolbar buttons, keyboard shortcuts, or menu items in the shortcut menu. Also, you can see properties on any shape by opening the Properties and Settings dialog box and then selecting a shape. Some rendering and display settings are available in the Display Settings tab of the Properties and Settings dialog box. Additionally, you can set drawing-layer visibility and colors in the Layer Settings tab, and annotation visibility and colors in the Markup Settings tab.

Kinect for Windows SDK : Coming Soon

According to Technet blog , it was confirmed that Microsoft is planning to release SDK for kinect lovers to develop a lot of games and much more interactive applications for the future of NUI(Natural User Interaction) .

According to MS :

The hope is that the SDK will unleash a wave of creativity to add to the already exciting developments we’ve seen on top of Kinect. The SDK will provide access to Kinect’s sensor as well audio and system API’s. It’s being released by Microsoft Research as a non-commercial SDK aimed at academics and enthusiasts. As you may have read in earlier posts, MSR played a pivotal role by providing some of the core technology for Kinect in areas such as facial recognition and skeletal tracking and this SDK is more evidence of the tight collaboration between MSR and our product teams.

Microsoft have almost shipped 8 million Kinect , just in few days of launch of the product and this shows the huge success of the product.
